Say 'Hello' to Diamond of the Season - Society's Favorite Berry Oolong Tea Blend!

That's right, our Berry Oolong Tea is the tea of choice for debutantes everywhere! Diamond of the Season is inspired by Bridgerton, the charming new tv series based on the novels by Julia Quinn.

Diamond of the Season begins with our favorite Ti Kwan Yin Oolong. Like those fancy society balls with astonishing food and drink, we have blended our Ti Kwan Yin, which has a natural orchid-like flavor with blueberries, elderberries, strawberries, apples, rose hips, hibiscus, vanilla, roses, and some carrots for a fun twist. This blend does contain natural and artificial berry flavoring for those with sensitivities. We think this berry oolong tea blend is definitely fitting for the lovely Daphne who looks stunning in blue, so we also added some edible blue glitter to make it shine....like a diamond!

Oolongs are far less known amongst general tea drinkers than black and green tea. Oolongs have a unique appearance because they are generally rolled, twisted, or curled. Much like wines, Oolongs vary in flavor and appearance depending on how oxidized it is, the region it is grown in, the type of processing that is done, and many other factors. This also impacts the amount of caffeine in an Oolong. A lightly oxidized Oolong may have caffeine levels similar to green tea, but if it is highly oxidized it will have more caffeine, similar to a black tea. Oolongs also contain more polyphenols than green tea which makes them a healthier choice if you are combining tea with weight loss, for example.

Remember that you can get more than a single steeping with this Oolong. Increase your steeping time by 30 seconds with each subsequent steep. You should be able to enjoy at least 3 cups from the same leaves. Not only is Oolong tea good for you, but it can be quite economical as well! Even Lady Whistledown would approve!
