Experience Spring With Floral Sugar for Your Tea
These two flavors, that when combined, have us drooling. We can't get enough lavender and lemon, and we have turned them into an infused sugar. This floral, yet tangy sugar blend is a real treat for those of you that like the flavors of a good lavender lemonade.
We take organic cane sugar and infuse it with real lemon zest and dried lavender for 2 weeks before drying and packaging it. Sometimes this combination can be 'floral heavy' but we think we have just the right mix for a delightful treat that reminds you of summer days at the lake. Because we want this sugar to be as pretty as it is scrumptious, we leave some lavender pieces in the sugar. These will be lovely floating in your cup. Just toss them when your tea is gone.
Like all of our infused sugars, this one also comes in a 50g bag that is double sealed. It is resealable for ease of use, and it is pretty to look at too! Depending on your love of floral, we recommend starting with a teaspoon of sugar per cup and adjust up or down from there depending on the tea.
