A Harry Potter Inspired Herbal Tea Blend
Gnome saliva is produced in the mouths of very small magical beasts (gernumblies) that infest the gardens of wizarding households (totally different from the garden gnomes that infest muggle households, with not so good saliva) and eat Bertie Bott’s Every-Flavour Beans! This likely explains why the unusual (shall we say magical) properties of gnome saliva are beneficial for boosting creativity. And it must be a well kept secret because Madame Puddifoot has yet to get her hands on this loose leaf herbal tea recipe. She's been pushing her House Blend lately to try and win over fans of the Gnome Saliva.
Luna was attending the wedding of Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour and she was bitten by a gnome. Have you met Luna’s father, the eccentric Xenophilius Lovegood? He was all excited about the bite and told her “gnome saliva is enormously beneficial!"
This herbal tea blend was inspired by Luna Lovegood, Harry Potter’s peculiar friend. - J. K Rowling. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
On the off chance that this isn’t enough, we packed this tea blend with lemon grass, marshmallow leaf and root to help with inflammation, lavender for relaxation, rose hips, apples, and oranges for a boost of vitamin C. The rose sugar is just because Luna like’s the taste of it in her tea!
This tea is caffeine-free so that you can drink it at night, and after special events such as weddings. Do be careful if that operatic rendition of Les Mis just happens to break out after a cup or two, it might be hard to explain.
