This Menstrual Tea blend is completely herbal, caffeine free, sugar free, and approved by Eve. We've loaded this blend with amazing herbs that will help. Let's take a look at how this blend of medicinal herbs can get you through the crimson dawn.
"Evil in general does not sleep, and therefore doesn't see why anyone else should." - Terry Pratchett, Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch
Aziraphale learned to live with Crowley and they even became true friends. Like Crowley, menstrual cycles are just a fact of life. You can learn to live with them, but friends? Never!
Chaste berries (also known as Monk's Pepper) have been used for years in treating a variety of gynecological issues and hormone balancing. Studies have shown that chaste berries affect the creation of progesterone which lessens PMS and may shorten the menstrual cycle. This little berry has a peppery taste which doesn't make it great on its own. Cramp Bark is a plant native to Europe but has been around for generations. While the berries themselves can be made into jam, the root contains a compound similar to aspirin and has been shown to ease cramps. Black Cohosh is a member of the buttercup family. Over the years herbalists have used it to treat a variety of menstrual irregularities as well as hot flashes and night sweats associated with menopause. So it's no wonder that we continue to pack this Menstrual Tea with even more beneficial herbs. Angelica Root has been around since the Nordic times and is a common Chinese medicinal herb used to treat painful menstrual cycles. It also is known to help with heartburn and gas. Oat Straw contains minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamins, and a variety of others that deeply nourish the entire body. It also helps with anxiety and relaxes the body. Raspberry Leaf has been shown to help lessen cramping, as well as bloating. Ginger and Ginger Root are natural anti-inflammatories that will help with the general achy muscles associated with your cycle and has the added benefit of helping with any nausea. Nettle leaf not only helps with the pain of cramps but has also been shown to help with heavy menstruation. Spearmint has natural muscle relaxation properties which will also help with cramping.
So, when you are feeling bloated, achy, crampy, stressed, and bad omens are raining down, go ahead and scream 'NOT TODAY SATAN'!
We are not doctors but due to the nature of the herbs contained in this Menstrual Tea blend, women who are pregnant or lactating should not ingest. Make sure you check with a health professional before adding any herbal supplement to your daily routine.

I think the description for this tea has changed because I remember it being said that this tea was made to be medicinal and therefore wasn't made to taste the best. I normally drink only dessert teas but I have really bad periods so I succumbed and got a sample. Now I buy in bulk. I unfortunately have the kind of periods where I can go from putting in fence posts to not being able to get off of my couch. My periods truly impact my quality of life and this tea has become a mainstay and comfort blanket for me. I douse this tea with stevia and honestly, the taste has become comforting to me. I recommend this tea highly for women who have bad periods or even women who just need something to look forward to during that time of the month. This is the only thing that cheers me up, trying to say, "NOT TODAY, SATAN." :) I'm trying to drink it more and more because I know that a higher dosage of this tea will hopefully help me feel better. I'm a work in progress but I drink more and more of this tea every period and I've been drinking this for months now. I like to think of this tea as a step in the right direction for me. Thanks for making this blend!
Bought this as a gift.
Yummy, a little spicy and warm, definitely made me feel better while on my cycle. A cup of comfort!
A perfect blend for when you might not be feeling at your best and wanting to stay huddled up on the couch. This is my new go-to tea for those days of the month when I need a little extra support. No better way than a warm cup of tea.
Nice, clean taste and scent. Will definitely be getting again.
