While we may not be Shadowhunters, we all have monsters to manage. In some cases, these monsters are caused by inflammation that sucks the life out of us and makes every single day a struggle.

This blend is a hyper-focused nighttime pain relief tea. While we don't consider it a sleep-inducing tea, it does contain herbs that focus on relaxation, including chamomile, lavender, lemon balm, lemon verbena, linden flowers, skullcap, and passionflower. Some of these herbs play a dual role in that they also have the benefit of helping with pain and inflammation. Linden flowers help with headaches and joint swelling. Passionflower helps with headaches and pain. Lemon verbena is used for joint pain. Chamomile and lavender can help with pain and inflammation. To boost the pain and inflammation benefits of this blend we also add white willow bark, ginkgo, ginger root, and rose hips. The elderberries, hibiscus, oranges, and currants are added for a fruity boost of flavor as well as their antioxidant and immune fighting properties. We wrap all of this up with Rooibos which is caffeine-free, rich in polyphenols, antioxidants that target inflammation, healthy minerals, and antispasmodic agents that will make your tummy happy.
