Meet Target Practice-a Hawkeye tea blend. If you are a fan of Clint Barton/Hawkeye from the Marvel Universe, then you really must try our nutty black and rooibos tea blend that will make want to strap on your own collapsible recurve bow and quiver full of stun arrows!
Target Practice is a blend of black and rooibos teas. But, that's not all - we have also added in cinnamon, pecans, apples, cocoa nibs, natural caramel flavoring, natural hazelnut flavoring, natural chestnut flavoring, blue cornflowers, and marigold petals. We also have added gold arrow shaped sugar sprinkles, just because we can-we like sprinkles! We think it tastes a bit like a pecan praline.
The rooibos in this blend (65%) carries the nuttiness of the pecans very well. We like working with pecans because they respond well to high water temperatures without becoming bitter. This blend does have both chestnut and hazelnut natural flavorings added, only because the blend would get completely overpowered with nuts and nut powder dust otherwise. The combination of the black tea and the rooibos handles the flavorings nicely.
As you can see from the ingredients, this blend is nutty, but then there are those who have always thought Hawkeye was a bit of a nut himself, but we don't judge here. It is always good to prepare with a little target practice so that when the real deal shows his face, everyone is ready.
If you like your tea stronger, you can try brewing for 5 minutes.
