A Cup of Tea to Delight Great Wizards!

Quite right! Nothing sounds better than a cup of our strawberry citrus tea after a long day of spell teaching, sorcery shenanigans, and general magical weirdness!

Search the *skies* if you must, Minister, but now I think I'll have a nice cup of tea, or a large brandy...... - Albus Dumbledore, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

Since we are pretty sure that Dumbledore didn't go walking around Hogwarts with a glass of brandy, it must have been a nice cup of Dumbledore's Delight, our strawberry citrus tea that filled his cup.

This blend starts with a magical combination of Green tea and Oolong tea. Strawberries make their appearance in the form of dried strawberries, freeze dried strawberries, and natural strawberry flavor. Citrus puts on a show by way of natural grapefruit flavor, oranges, lemon verbena, and lemongrass. Tartness comes to the party in your mouth via grapefruit and hibiscus. Rounding out the bright and fruity profile is apple, dragonfruit, dragonfruit flavor, pineapple, guava flavoring, rose hips and pears. The bright colors in this blend are enhanced with marigold blossoms, safflower, blue cornflowers, rose petals, and sunflower petals. We have also added crystallized ginger for a bit of a 'pick-me-up', and honey granules to lend a hint of sweetness, and they also do wonders to soothe your voice (all the better to dictate those spells).

Headmaster's Delight is part of our custom blend program here at Happy Turtle Tea. The request was for a green tea with an initial tartness that gives way to the sweetness of strawberries. We recommend trying this blend with a touch of sugar to really make it pop! Also, try it iced with a splash of lemonade.
