Practical Magic or Practically Perfect Tea!
Say hello to Never Cross a Witch, our white chocolate pistachio tea blend. While white chocolate pistachio is practically magic (just saying it, makes your mouth water), we left out the caffeine in this blend just to keep everything calm.
We started this blend with a smooth green rooibos. Then we added pistachios, almonds, white chocolate chips, date pieces (dates, rice flour), cocoa peel, a hint of coconut, white chocolate and date flavoring, and rose petals.
Green rooibos is a bit different from the better known red rooibos. While it is still native to South Africa, green rooibos is not oxidized so it maintains its green color. Oxidation of the leaves would be almost like what happens when you bite into an apple and then you notice that where you bit, it is turning brown. When the harvested rooibos is not dried quickly, but is left to naturally dry over a period of time, the oxidation naturally occurs. Green Rooibos is also more earthy or grassy tasting, but still imparts a lighter, more mild flavor, although less sweet than the red rooibos. Because green rooibos is not oxidized, it contains a much higher concentration of antioxidants as well.

While white chocolate pistachio is practically magic (just saying it makes your mouth water), we left out the caffeine in this blend just to keep everything calm. If you are allergic to dairy, soy, or tree nuts, we recommend that you avoid this blend.
