Add a Little St~Germain Sugar to Your Tea!
Our elderflower sugar is an ideal way to add the flavor of St~Germain Liqueur to your tea. We created this sugar so you could pair it with Weasley's Wonder Wine for a something a little bit different. However, it certainly would make a great addition to Elphaba's Elixir or Where's My Pie as well.
We infuse St~Germain and raw turbinado sugar for two weeks in order to obtain the most flavor. Sugar with elderflower liqueur infused into it adds an incredibly subtle hint of fruit which is often said to be an aroma and flavor of pears, grapefruits, and peaches, but you can never seem to tell exactly which it is because it is so unique.
This sugar is provided in 50g bags that have been double sealed for maximum freshness. Be sure to keep the resealable package away from light and moisture if at all possible. Try starting with a single teaspoon of sugar in your cup of tea and then adjust as needed based upon your preferences.
