Persuasion by Jane Austen & A Letter for Anne

Naval officer Captain Wentworth is back in Anne Elliot’s life–eight years after she was persuaded to reject his marriage proposal and break her beloved’s heart. One of the works published after her death, Jane Austen’s Persuasion showcases a second chance at love and the subtlety found in female rage.

Our tea, “A Letter for Anne,” was inspired by the brave and dashing Captain Wentworth who sailed off with the Navy to make something of himself. Much like the Captain himself, this tea is bold. With a combination of black and green tea and a blend of lime and lemon with a hint of grapefruit, this tea is wonderfully tart with a citrus kick.

Legendborn by Tracy Deonn & Alchemy and Destiny 

After the recent loss of her mother, 16-year-old Bree Matthews tries to escape her childhood home by joining an early college program. But she never imagined she’d be running into a world of flying demons, magic, and a secret society full of descendants of King Arthur and his knights. A rich Pu-erh black tea blended with nutty pistachio and vibrant papaya gives this tea a complex flavor profile that will make you feel as though you have tapped into your own magic.

The Cartographers by Peng Shepard & English Breakfast Extra Fancy
